BLISS (Being Love in Action) Will Bring Us Inner Peace

Greetings Love Beings,

As we enter into a new season, this is a wonderful MOMent to go within and review what you have experienced this past season.

Were there some unmet goals that are still of importance to you..

Are there some blessings that have filled your heart with gratitude..

How are you feeling with your thoughts?

Are you monitoring them, so that you can transform and grow with love.

What about the words that you utter? Overall, are they pleasing to you?

Are they kind when spoken to and about others? What about your actions?

Are there some behaviors that you are ready to let go of? Are there actions you took to lead you where you choose to go?

This week is a grand opportune MOMent for reflection of where you have been and to set the intentions for how you want to be and do.

This new season.. lots of behaviors are addictive in nature.

To release any addiction, there must first be the true desire to do so.

Yet, this brings in a double standard, for it is “desire” that will keep you entangled in the wheel of reincarnation.

Thus, perhaps in order to change one’s behavior, it is more fitting to say that when “enough is enough,” that is the telltale sign that it is time, it’s now, now and usually way past time, to be love in action.

It is important to get to the root cause of one’s addiction in order to release not only the nagging desire, but to also the right action for making a choice that will stick.

Take time to go within and ask for assistance is seeing the root core of why you chose this addiction in the first place.

Then ask to be shown any limiting beliefs surrounding this behavior.

This will lead you to see the truth and the truth will set you free.

Acknowledge that this has been a weakness, without adding any blame, shame, guilt or other fruitless lower vibes in the mix.

Begin MOMents each day, visualizing your life without this specific behavior.

Only focus on one behavior moment to moment.

Using all of your senses along with a positive vibes, visualise the day without the behaviour.

With each visualisation, add a feeling of gratitude.

For instance, if it is your habit to have a few puffs on your tobacco soon after you eat, cyclically, then focus the visualisation on a new and more aligned practise not dysfunctional behaviour.

Perhaps instead of reaching for a cigarette, or that extra slice of cheese or bacon you choose to drink a glass of water instead, to help hydrate and purify your body.

See yourself holding the glass.

Feel the coolness of the water as you ingest it. Hear the sound of you pouring the water into the glass and as you sip it.

Taste the refreshing taste as it enters your mouth, alleviating any dryness, bad taste and hunger. With each sip, feel the same calmness you felt as you chewed on the extra food.

Feel how much better you feel now that your body is hydrated. Be gratitude unconditionally.

Give blessings of gratitude for yourself for treating your body with honor.

Be grateful for the ease in which you can have water, for many have to walk great distances to carry their water. And watch the blessings and more to be grateful for come into your life in spades because that’s how Mother made it.

Observe your heart beating when the taste and smell of water, food and your surroundings is enhanced.

Do a similar visualisation for each of the MOMents that you normally would say over indulge or observe as habitual, robotic or unnatural.

Your heart feels.

So, when we visualisation strong and love-sense-oriented actions, thoughts and divine expression the practice will more readily become your reality.

Another important factor is to not hold onto things, people, places that you are “giving up” something.

Instead, keep the focus on the positive aspects that are happening FOR you as a result of your new chosen agreements.

Stay positive = Love in action.

BLISS (Being Love in Action) will bring us inner peace.

With that inner peace, you will gain clarity.

With clarity, we be better, greater, grander and capable of empowerment, self-healing and resolve the root cause for the undesirable behavior.

For many, meditation is a challenge. (For me it is consistently) because one has been untrained and is more like a train barreling down the mountain with faulty brakes.

One easy way to begin to practise is to simply focus on breathing.

Notice the breath as it goes in and out of your nose or mouth.

When your thoughts wander, simply refocus on the breath.

Start by doing this around five minutes in the morning and before conscious rest at night.

Anytime throughout the day when you feel stressed, take several deep, slow breaths in and out until you feel calm.

You can do this while continuing with whatever activity is happening.

Being able to do so with your eyes closed and in a quiet location, such as a bathroom, may be more effective, especially in the beginning.

As we begin to slow down our runaway train of thoughts, add more time to the meditations.

Then you can add other factors such as tuning in for Guidance.

This breathing practise is also a great way to prepare yourself for the visualisation work.

The more you can be still and silent and tune into your Higher Self, Mother God and Angels the more clarity you will have throughout your day.

It will be much easier to make choices that are in highest alignment.

We also feel calmer and begin to be less effected by the thoughts, words and actions of others. Or places with lots of people.

Aren’t all of those goals worth aiming for?

Begin today and watch as your dreams manifest.

Your intentions must be in alignment with the words you speak.

You must be ready and willing to BE LOVE IN ACTION to make your dreams made manifest.

The more we increase our self-love and let go of any negative self-talk, lower choices and actions the easier, greater, grander and steadfast it will be to trust in yourself and thus empower yourself more fully.
