The final shedding of the snake is here. Have you let go of the old mold?

Hey Everyone! Happy February and happy Full Moon in Leo! We invite in all this moon’s illumination today, as the opening to the first eclipse window of the year. We are in the final culmination of the lessons of the Wood Snake year. By now I pray that All Earth’s conscious warriors are starting to receive the waves of the clarity about what in the f*#k this last year was. If not, I’m here to provide it!The twelve months of the Wood Snake were about repetition, endurance, and a steely capacity for inner observation. A process that was intended to liberate you from the inside out, until you broke your own mold and shed the old skin.

The Snake year was never intended to be fast paced. It was about the long game. Just as a snake will take stock of its environment, map out burrows and nests for food, assess and wait, we too were in a game of endurance. Wood snakes have access to realms above as well as below. This was an ‘as above so below,’ process of alignment. We worked through pressure, friction, and sat -sometimes painstakingly- through sustained awareness. The year required you to remain present while old skins worked their way loose. This was a year of slow liberation, where illusion dissolved through our growing inability to continue pretending that misalignments were tolerable.

Again and again, the same themes surfaced across our stages - relationships, work, community etc. This was to ensure our inner calibration occurred, to ensure alignment was unmistakable and to fine tune our discernment with our inner resonance. Energetic labor increased, for sure. Patience was tested. Flexibility was demanded beyond comfort. After all, snakes are adaptable. And now, in these moments, we’re beginning to see the shift this process has gifted us.

The journey had us reach the realization that sometimes endurance isn’t noble if it’s simply not the highest and best course of action. The snake moves in a way that has its own best interests at the heart of its purpose, as such, actions that caused us to self abandon became excruciatingly unbearable.

What you are hopefully feeling now is a quiet internal click. True resonance within your own field falling into place. An unclenching as you finally trust the skin you’re growing in. You stopped waiting for others to change and began adjusting your availability. Responding less to disresonance. Explaining less. Allowing conversations to remain unfinished because you no longer need closure from others to justify your own clarity. In doing so, we became the change and confirmation we once hoped would arrive externally.

This Full Moon in Leo marks that transition with unmistakable force. It is a ‘hoorah’ to the choice we already made in our body and heart: to move forward without shrinking, apologizing, or negotiating our presence. To honor ourselves, as our purpose, so we can rise in alignment for this Fire Horse 1 year.

The Snake year taught us through repeated experiences until the wisdom settled in. Experience = wisdom. If you are not gaining wisdom from your experiences then you are only having occurrences. Wisdom has grown within the conscious journeyor, causing our responses to change even when the circumstances don't. We are adapting. The saying ‘survival of the fittest,’ is misplaced - the hill I will die on is that it is ‘survival of the most adaptable.’ Love exists in the unknown and our ability to embrace the unknown with adaptability will be our greatest asset in these changing times.

And so we have this perfect window - a pop of Leo energy that activates the heart and calls the soul back into full authority. We are called to be more selective with our energy, more direct in communication, and less willing to dilute our presence and essence for the comfort of others. Choices begin aligning with what energizes you rather than what maintains an agreed upon status quo. Attachment was purged this past year as we gained more security in our inner realm. This frequency shift lays out who you were conditioned to be and who you are becoming as the Fire Horse cycle approaches. Situations reveal where you silenced your truth, minimized your needs, or stayed agreeable to avoid disruption. We are contracted to embody divinity. That’s the process we’re in and if you’re finding yourself ill at ease in these final moments of the snake year, embrace the full shedding of everything false, whatever the cost.

Love is what you are here to emanate by being present. No masks, no falsity, no energetically parasitic dynamics that have been serving your ego and your ego alone. Period.

Between now and the February 17 ‘Ring of Fire,’ eclipse, the experience feels like we are installing a new default character. Don’t fight the old roles, expectations, and engrained patterns burning away. Focus on creating space that feels supportive rather than destabilizing. It’s a ceremonial necessity.

Less is more. Speak with authority. Say it once. Leave them to spin over it if they need to. No more guilt. “I said what I said and it’s quite simply the truth.”
